Yes, the seller has excellent customer service. Every email I sent him inquiring about the status of my order or other questions about the doll was answered quickly. This was my first time buying this doll and it was delivered exactly as I ordered it. I’m still getting used to the doll and am getting used to it. But it is exactly as I ordered it. I was worried that it was a scam, but that was not the case.
