Yes, only one word comes to mind. Perfection. Everything on this site is perfect. The doll I bought looks great, beautiful, soft and realistic. Very flexible. Exactly what I ordered, if not better! Their customer service is also fantastic. They helped me every step of the way and answered all my queries. When I asked for VAT they took care of it for me so all I had to do was wait for my dolly to come to my door. It was perfect, nothing more to say.
